I found the exact parts I was looking for, and they were cheaper here than on a few other sites I checked. Shipping was reasonable too, which helped since I was only ordering a couple of small items. Overall, it felt like a solid value and everything worked out fine. No complaints from me.

I ordered from PC-Canada.com and everything was handled exactly the way it should be. The item was right, the quantity was correct, and there were no issues with billing or shipping. It may sound basic, but I think doing the simple things and carefully matters. The whole process was smooth, and I’d feel good ordering from them again.

"I had to return an item that was..."
I had to return an item that was wrong, and it did get taken care of in the end. Fine. The refund just took longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying. Support did reply, but not exactly quickly. Meh. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t great either.

"Tracking was a bit slow to update"
I kept checking the tracking every now and then, but the updates didn’t really show up as quickly as I expected. Everything was fine in the end, just wish the tracking info had come through a little sooner
"Warranty help was fine, just slower than I expected"
I bought a part from pc-canada and the product itself worked fine, so no complaints there. The only issue was when I had a warranty question — it took longer than I expected to get a proper answer. Not saying it’s a scam, but I did have to follow up a couple of times before things got moving. Support eventually helped me out, so overall it was okay, just not the smoothest experience.

"Shipping was fine, but they need to be clearer"
I ordered a few PC parts from pc-canada.com, and to be fair, everything arrived in good condition with no damage. So that part was handled well. That said, the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a couple of days, which was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but I do think they should be more upfront about timelines and keep customers better informed instead of leaving people guessing. Not the worst experience, but not great either. I might order from them again, but only if I’m not in a hurry.

"Website feels harder to use than it should"
I tried shopping on PC-Canada.com and found the whole experience frustrating. The search felt clunky, the filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I expected, and pages were loading slowly for me. I kept wondering if other people were having the same issues because finding basic product details took way more clicks than it should.
The site also feels a bit outdated, and checkout didn’t give me much confidence either. I ended up giving up before placing an order because I wasn’t totally sure I was choosing the right item. Maybe others had a smoother experience, but for me, the layout and navigation really need improvement.

I ordered a monitor from pc-canada.com because it said it was in stock, and yep, it really was in stock. No surprise backorder email after I paid, which has happened to me on other sites before. It shipped quickly too. it was just nice, really nice, to see the stock count was accurate.
