Very bad experience due to an order I made ordering the wrong product. Returning an item is very hard with them, you need to get through a process and they finally accepted the return (at my own cost). After sending the package back, it got returned to me with a big hole in the box and claimed they received it as damaged. Not only I have paid some shipping cost, I now have a useless product sitting home and they are refusing to take it back.

The issue here is that they are using the manufacturer product as the shipping box instead of wrapping inside another box as all merchant should be doing. It's almost seems like they did this on purpose so they can refuse package "not in the original box".

Anyway, I used to be very satisfied with this company but the fact that their shipping return policy is soo hard, better to buy elsewhere with good return policy.

Ordered an evoluent mouse they have competitive pricing and better shipping rates than the evoluent shop itself.

PC-Canada.com has good and helpful customer service. I have bought a few items over the years and have not had any issues.
